Aljaidy Maldonado was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where she later completed her Juris Doctor. Her academic background covers a wide range of legal studies, with a particular focus on immigration law and related areas. She also has practical experience representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and in immigration court proceedings.
